At least, so says Event Magazine. Apparently there’s some huge rum celebration in limey-land this October:

Celebration would imply that’s it’s for a limited time. The rum party in your basement is year round. However, I’ve been to Westminster and it’s not exactly a rum swilling, whore chasing, baby slapping rum city.
Plus, I hear the Brits spit.
