Greetings, and welcome to the next evolution in pirate news, reviews, and commentary! We’re still working to finalize a few things, but mostly this new site is now complete and fully functional! True, the new masthead will be a while yet, but currently active improvements include:
- Search Feature – find reviews of your favorite booty quickly and easily.
- Tags – these will allow you to instantly find similar items to the one you’re reading about. For example, if you’re reading a review of a book by a particular author, you can instantly view ALL books by that author. Or if you’re reading about a pirate coat, you can view other pirate outerwear.
- To the right you’ll find instant links to listen to past episodes of Bilgemunky Radio
- Comments – That’s right, now others can give feedback to my own blatherings
- Blog it/Digg It/Etc – Now you can follow and share Bilgemunky.com from your favorites social networks!

Very spiffy. Allowing banter between Pi-rats and Captain make me all fuzzy inside. Good work mate, keep it up.
