Hrm… Far off news like this is always dicey – especially when it comes to pirate matters (HOW many pirate films and videogames have been announced and never come to fruition?) But still, pirate fanatics will no doubt rejoice at this news:

Port Royal, pirates, rum, wenches… and hopefully not too many sentient sea monsters. This just might be the historical(ish) pirate story we’ve been waiting for 🙂
